We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 business days - however, in high load circumstances, 1 day delay may occur.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?


Check your order status in My Orders.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number and link.
Be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case it lands there!

 

Click the tracking URL which will take you to the current status and location of your parcel with an estimated delivery time.

If you did not receive a tracking number from Purolator please contact our Customer Experience Team and will retrieve your tracking number for you.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

We process and pack orders incredibly fast during business hours, so it is not always possible for us to change the delivery address. The fastest and best way to update an address on your order is via our our Customer Experience Team and we'll do our best to help you out.


Please note we cannot update an address on an order that has been dispatched.
If the order has shipped, you will need to reach out directly to the carrier to redirect your parcel.

MY PARCEL IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER, NOW WHAT?

If your parcel is being returned to the sender due to any reason such as:
• Unclaimed
• Incomplete/Insufficient Address
• Undeliverable as Addressed

Our Customer Experience Team will be in touch once the order arrives back to our facility to obtain an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped.
