Return Policy

STEDI believes in customer satisfaction and wants you to shop with confidence, which is why we've gone above and beyond to offer you the ability to return your purchase in the event you change your mind. However, all returns requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
You may return products that meet the following criteria for a full refund:
· Parts must include all items, hardware, instructions and it’s original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund.
· Parts cannot be returned if installation has been attempted or they are damaged in any way.
· The returned item must include a Return Authorization # which STEDI issues on an approved return.
· Return any eligible item received in damaged or defective condition.
· Return any eligible item received in error.
· Parts must be shipped back using the prepaid Purolator return shipping label provided.
A 15% restocking fee as well as recovery of freight/shipping costs incurred may apply:
· If parts are returned without the original hardware, wiring and other parts necessary for operation and installation.
· If the parts show signs of wear.
· If the parts are not returned in their original packaging.
EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
There are some exceptions to our return policy. These include the following:
· Returns, exchanges, or warranties on an item without your original purchase receipt will not be accepted.
· Products that have been installed or used for any period of time are not eligible for returns and should not be sent in for a refund.
· We do not reimburse for labour costs, service charges or any other expenses incurred by the consumer.
· Giveaway items have no warranties, returns or refunds.
· Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
· Damage to product packaging.
· Clearance or final sale merchandise cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds.
If you purchased a product through one of our authorized distributors or retailers, returns must be sent to the place of purchase for processing and reconciliation.
