MY PAYMENT METHOD WAS NOT ACCEPTED

Payments may be rejected for a variety of reasons, make sure to double-check the following prior to contacting our customer service team to ensure the information you have entered is correct:
• The correct credit card number or gift card number has been entered.
• The correct security number and the expiry date has been entered.
• That you have sufficient funds in the relevant account

HOW DO I PAY USING MY GIFT CARD?

To use your STEDI Gift Card, simply select "Use Gift Card to checkout" under "PAYMENT OPTIONS" and enter the gift card serial number.

Once the gift card has been added, if the gift card value is lower then the overall price of the cart it will deduct from the price of the cart. If the gift card is more than the cart value, the remainder of the amount will remain on the voucher for later use.

MY COUPON CODE ISN’T WORKING

If a coupon code has been generated for you, you can enter it at checkout at the screen where you enter your details. The location is just above the "Place order now" button.

In order for some coupon codes to validate you must be logged in to your cart when placing your order. Please refer to the attached for the login icon.
